01/ OUR PHILOSOPHY
St. Louis' True Residential Design Build Firm
We believe exceptional homes are the result of thoughtful design, meticulous planning, and a truly collaborative experience.
By bringing architecture, interior design, and construction together under one roof, we create a seamless journey from the first sketch to the finishing details. Every decision is made with intention, resulting in a home that is uniquely yours.
01
Designed for Your Life
No two families live alike, and no two homes should either. We thoughtfully tailor every space to reflect your lifestyle, your priorities, and your vision. We have found even the smallest details can change the way our Homeowners use the space and even modify their daily routines.
02
Crafted to Last
Exceptional craftsmanship is found in the details. From enduring materials to thoughtful construction, we build homes of lasting beauty, quality, and value. When you build with FM, you become part of our family. We approach every home with the same care and attention we'd expect in our own.
03
A Partner at Every Step

02/ THE FM DIFFERENCE
Built Around You.
A truly exceptional home is about more than beautiful design. It is about being thoughtful with every decision, lasting craftsmanship and an experience built on trust that brings it all together. As such, we believe there are three main pillars supporting every successful design build project:
