The mission of our company is simple: we believe in providing high end design with an affordable price tag, culminating in a thoughtfully constructed home. With over 60 years combined experience in residential design and construction, our award winning team has learned firsthand the importance of remaining personally involved in every step of the design-build process and pledge to provide this concierge level of service to each of our customers.

Tim Fackler
PARTNER
Tim has 30+ years of experience in all forms of
residential construction. As the owner of his own remodeling company, specializing in flooring and tile, Tim became well versed in managing tight timelines and multiple projects in parallel. Tim maintains a keen eye for detail and quality construction while ensuring all projects are constructed in a professional manner in accordance with the budget and on schedule.
When he isn't working on our client's homes, Tim is usually knee deep in a project at his own home! Tim and his wife, Michele, are proud grandparents to 4 young grandkids who they devote a ton of love, energy and time to
Matt Moore
PARTNER
As a licensed architect, Matt leads the development and design of each new project. Matt’s work experience as a construction Project Manager for multi-million dollar residences in Chicago and as the COO of a boutique residential development and construction company in St. Louis has granted him a full range of exposure to all aspects of successfully structuring and completing these projects.
Outside of work, you can find Matt hanging out with his wife, Stacey and two young kids around Webster Groves or Kirkwood or cheering on any one of his beloved St. Louis sports teams- LETS GO CITY SC!
